About the boot camp:

Boot Camp is a fun, well designed, outdoor fitness program held 4 days a week at different locations around the south of the island. 

It's a program for men and women of all ages, sizes, shapes and fitness abilities. Using light equipment and taking advantage of Gran Canaria's fantastic natural surroundings we create a perfectly balanced program that's highly effective and fun. Each session consists of stretching, weightlifting using dumbbells, calisthenics (push-ups, sit-ups, flutter kicks, lunges, medicine balls, circuit training, running drills, obstacle courses and whatever other surprises we have in store for that day.

Boot camp will run on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, plus Wednesday evening.
