For anyone who is serious about getting results this is your option, saving money and means you can book in your weekly sessions from the start if you are limited on training times. This option is still flexible.
The Gold package includes:
Free gym membership - Full membership to a gym for you to use any time.
Program design questionnaire - Aimed at finding out more about you, such as your goals, preferred style of training and current level of fitness.
Initial fitness assessment - Including range of motion & flexibility testing, skin fold assessment to calculate total body fat and a dynamic posture appraisal.
Customized program - You will get a workout plan that is based on your goals, workout preferences, fitness level, and available time.
Nutrition plan - An individualized guide written by myself giving examples of food intake on a daily basis specific to your aim.
